Chicken Salad Wrap-Up

Chicken Salad Wrap-Up

 

2 cups diced Chicken

8 oz Light Sour Cream

1 small diced Onion

1 diced Roma Tomato

1 Broccoli Crown

1 cup Spinach
6 Romaine Lettuce Leaves

Salt & Pepper to taste.

* Trim the green florets off the top of broccoli
 so that you have small diced sized bits.
Mix Chicken, sour cream, onion,
 tomato and broccoli tops in medium bowl.
Lay out Romaine Lettuce on Plate
divide Spinach between Lettuce.
spoon on Chicken Salad Mix in
the middle of the Spinach.
Roll up Romaine like a Tortilla Shell
Cut in half and enjoy.
